We are now recruiting for our next fully funded Teaching Assistant and SEND Skills Bootcamp in Essex, starting in the week commencing 2 November 2026.
The programme may be particularly suitable for:
• Current school volunteers who would like to progress towards paid employment
• Parents and carers considering returning to work
• People interested in becoming a Teaching Assistant
• People who would like to develop their knowledge of SEND
• People interested in working in a school but who may not know where to start
No previous school employment is required. The programme is fully funded for eligible Essex residents there is no cost to participants.
The programme is delivered through a combination of online and face-to-face learning and includes Teaching Assistant and SEND training alongside practical employability support. Learners receive help with CVs, applications, interviews, volunteering opportunities and progressing towards employment in schools.
