Hi folks,
A short note to remind you that this coming Sunday, 5 November at 4pm in All Saints Church Writtle, we’ll be holding our annual All Souls Day service.
It’s a time to remember all who have died, especially remembering those who died in the past year. If you’d like your loved one’s name read out during the service, please drop in or contact the Church Office (01245 422846) on Tues, Wed, or Fri between 10am-12noon, or leave a message on my answer machine (01245 631078). There will be an opportunity for family and friends to come forward and light a candle in their memory during the service.
It’s a service that takes seriously the reality of our lives together in life and death, and holds the hope that death is not the end.
You’re very welcome to come to remember, honour, celebrate, mourn, and be held in the prayers and love of others at this time.
